Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district.
Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
